Sam Mandl, Operations Manager, leads contract management, supports expedition planning, and oversees administrative projects for the Business Operations team. Prior to joining National Geographic, he worked in communications, marketing, and event production at the American Society for Microbiology. Mandl graduated from Dickinson College with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Studio Art.
